Our real-time Virus and Performance Monitoring service is fully managed, pro-active and in most circumstances will be fixing an issue that the user doesn’t even know they have … before it becomes a problem or even a disaster.

Monthly service includes:-

  • Provision and Installation of anti-malware & performance monitoring software
  • Real-time monitoring that anti-malware is running on the monitored device
  • Real-time monitoring that anti-malware updates are being applied correctly, frequently and regularly
  • Real-time monitoring for malware coming into the monitored system

If malware, ransomware, trojans, etc.  are detected there are two options:-

  1. With authority, our helpdesk remotely connect to your computer and remove malware threat (This service is ad-hoc chargeable or contractable)
  2. Our helpdesk rings the computer user and report the problem for them to deal with
  • The Company receives a monthly emailed report detailing:-
    • How many malware attacks have been detected and removed or quarantined
    • How many times the helpdesk have remotely logged onto the monitored system and why
    • Any other performance issues that the computer has suffered
